As a parent, the love you have for your child is immeasurable. Parenting is hard at times, leaving you overwhelmed and confused. You worry about your child’s future, their happiness, and their self-confidence. You wonder what they are going through or how you can help.

As a psychotherapist dedicated to working with parents and children, I want you to know that nothing is irreparable. Whether you or your child is facing mood disorders, self-esteem challenges, or struggles with emotional regulation, we all need nurturing, empathy, and guidance to flourish. I believe in the profound strength and resilience that lies within each of us. Through personalized therapy, we can discover these inner strengths and navigate the healing journey and, therefore build deeper connections with the ones you love.

Child therapy creates a place of exploration and growth. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and attachment repair work, we work with the child to give him or her the skills to understand, regulate, and love themselves deeply. We believe in a team approach and regularly meet with the parents to make sure we are attending to the families’ needs.

If you or your child are seeking help, let’s work together to transform these challenges into pathways for growth and connection.

Maybe you’re juggling high expectations, emotional exhaustion, or relationships that feel more draining than fulfilling, and somewhere along the way, you’ve grown tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t explain, or disconnected from the person you know you are deep down. Perhaps you’re a teen navigating identity and pressures, a young adult adjusting to the chaos of “adulting,” or part of a couple trying to find your way back to each other. Whatever brings you here, know this: you don’t have to carry it all alone.

I believe in the power of small shifts, getting 1% better each day. Therapy with me is about slowing down enough to understand your “why”, focusing on connecting what truly matters to you to chart a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, grounded, and entirely yours, where your story is met with care and curiosity, not judgment. I’ll support you, and I’ll challenge you, gently and with intention, so you can move toward the version of yourself you’ve been longing to be. When you are ready, I will be here for you.
